Visibility isn’t All About the Lumens

Of equal or perhaps greater importance is choosing colors that are perceived strongly in different ambient lighting conditions.  SpectraFLUX has 6 powerful RGB LEDs that emit up to 250 lumens of different colored light. In addition, there are 8 bright red LEDs that frame the light and compound the intensity when the RGBs are emitting red light, or in several modes flash between colors to garner more visual attention. Other RGB safety/anti-collision lights on the market use small button or decorative accent LEDs that don't project nearly the same light intensity.
